Automated Loading System
Feature / Specification:
- To increase productivity in fibre testing by integrating Robotic automated sample loading system with Dia-Stron testing modules.
- X-axis: driven by precision lead screw DC motor with linear encoder and closed loop control.
- Sequential measurements of properties by the incorporation of multiple modules.
- Pick-up & Place head: pneumatically operated with independently sprung vacuum pick-up tubes.
- Compact design suitable for any laboratory.
- Sample transport speed: 50mm/sec
- Positional accuracy: >0.01mm
- Computerized system with UvWin software on Windows XP, 7 and 10.
Application:
- Tensile characteristics of natural fibres, single carbon filament fibre, glass fibre and man made fibres.
